Our programs, membership, mentorship, roundtables, workshops, and summits provide educational and personal development content. We do not guarantee:
Specific business results
Financial outcomes
Increased visibility or immediate speaking/book opportunities
You are solely responsible for the decisions and actions taken from this content.
Affiliate, Referral & Co-Creation Opportunities
Opportunities for collaboration or visibility—such as affiliate programs, speaking features, podcast interviews, and community spotlights—are earned, dependent on alignment, participation, and leadership values.
These placements are not included as guaranteed deliverables unless explicitly stated in your offer.

are the exclusive property of Debbie Prediger and may not be copied, shared, modified, or distributed without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you personally create and submit, but you grant us a license to use testimonials, successes, interviews, and community participation for marketing and educational purposes unless revoked in writing.
Membership Fees & Payment Terms
By enrolling in a paid membership or program, you authorize recurring payments until canceled.
All sales for memberships, workshops, digital products, and events are final
No refunds for partially used membership months
Cancellation applies to future billings only
Failure to maintain payment may result in removal from the platform and related benefits.
Confidentiality & Safety
What is shared in private community spaces stays there. When sharing personal stories or business details, you agree:
Not to disclose other members’ private information
Not to exploit personal vulnerability for business or personal gain
We reserve the right to remove anyone compromising safety or integrity.
Technology & Access
We strive for seamless tech performance, but cannot guarantee:
Uninterrupted website or portal access
Third-party platform performance (Zoom, GoHighLevel, StreamYard, etc.)
We are not liable for outages, tech issues, or lost data.
Coaching Disclaimer
Our mentorship and coaching are not substitutes for:
Medical or mental health treatment
Legal, financial, or professional advice

Right to Refuse or Remove
We reserve the right to deny service or community access:
